Returns & Refunds

You can return eligible items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn or in unsuitable condition may not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings and items marked as Final sale cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
